2018-2019: Competed at the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships... Finished in first-place in the 800-meter run at the George Mason Spring Invitational... Finished second at the BIG EAST outdoor championships in the 4x800-meter relay and the 1,500-meter run... Earned All-BIG EAST honors... Competed at the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminary Rounds. 

2017-18: Ran in three cross country meets during the season, placing 19th at the Paul Short Meet in the gold race to open the season ... Finished 73rd at the NCAA Cross Country Mid-Atlantic Region Championships … Opened the indoor season with a second-place finish in the 3,000-meter run posting a personal best 8:11.67 at the Nittany Lion Challenge … A runner-up in the 800-meter at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships … Earned Second Team All-America honors as part of GU’s DMR at the NCAA Indoor Championships … Finished third at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships in the 1,500-meter run event, earning all-league honors … Competed at the NCAA East Preliminary in the 1,500-meter run … Clocked his PR in the 1,500-meter run at the HOKA NJNY Last Chance Meet with a time of 3:41.90.

2016-17: Was part of the cross country team that had a successful season, closing the season with the team at the NCAA Championships where the team finished 21st overall ... Part of a pair of second-place relays at the BIG EAST Indoor Track & Field Championships in the distance medley relay (DMR) and 4x800-meter relay ... Ran the 800-meter leg of the third-place GU DMR squad at the NCAA Indoor Championships to earn First Team All-America honors.

2015-16: Opened his GU career during the indoor season, running a PR 2:23.27 in the 1,000-meter run at the Nittany Lion Challenge ... Earned a pair of All-BIG EAST honors as he finished third in the 1,000-meter run and was part of the second-place 4x800-meter relay at the BIG EAST indoor championships ... Ran a PR 3:45.40 at the Stanford Twilight Meet in the 1,500-meter run ... Part of the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay squad and finished sixth in the 800-meter run to score points for the Blue & Gray at the BIG EAST outdoor championships ... Advanced to the 1,500-meter second round at the NCAA Outdoor East Prelim, where he finished 18th overall ... Ran a season-best 1:49.31 in the 800-meter run at the Princeton Qualifier ... Advanced to the 1,500-meter finals at the USA Track & Field Junior Championships.

Prior to Georgetown: The 2015 Connecticut State Indoor 1,000-meter champion ... The 2015 Connecticut State 800-meter champion ... A runner-up in the 1,000-meter run at the 2015 New England Indoor Championships ... Finished third at the 2014 Connecticut State Cross Country Championships.
