WASHINGTON - Georgetown University's Peter Conley (Mamaroneck, N.Y./Mamaroneck) was named to the BIG EAST men's lacrosse weekly honor roll after a milestone week of action for the Hoyas. The senior midfielder became just the 21st player in program history to reach the 100 career point mark in a pair of narrow one-goal losses to then No. 17/18 Loyola and BIG EAST rival Marquette.
In the Blue & Gray's 11-10 setback to the Greyhounds, Conley tallied a pair of goals and three assists to eclipse the 100 career point mark. He added another two goals and an assist in another 11-10 loss to the Golden Eagles.
Despite missing the majority of his sophomore and junior seasons because of injuries, Conley currently ranks 20th all-time on the career scoring list (107 points), tied for 17th on the career goals list (69) and tied for 21st on the all-time career assists list (38).
Georgetown returns to action on Saturday, April 1, on the road at No. 6 Denver at 3 p.m. The game will be broadcast live on the Altitude TV network.
