WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University football team plays its second-consecutive home game this weekend when it hosts Catholic University at Cooper Field. Kickoff is scheduled for noon.

- The Hoyas scored the most points in a game since 2011 in their 43-3 home opening victory over Marist last Saturday.
- Georgetown totaled 424 total yards to Marist's 244 and outgained the Red Foxes 272-52 on the ground.
- The GU defense forced four turnovers, two fumbles and two interceptions.
- Gunther Johnson finished 9-of-14 passing for 77 yards and a touchdown, while rushing for 68 yards and two touchdowns.
- Herman Moultrie III rushed 20 times for 104 yards and a score. It was his second career 100-yard rushing game.
- Joshua Tomas scored two touchdowns, one rushing and one receiving, while Michael Dereus had two catches for 78 yards and his third touchdown of the season.

- Johnson was named the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week, marking his first career honor and the firsts time a Hoya has earned the accolade since Kyle Nolan earned it twice in 2015.

ABOUT THE MATCHUP
- Georgetown and Catholic are meeting for the 27th time, but the first since 1993.
- The Hoyas hold a 16-10 advantage in the series, including winning the last three.
- The two teams primarily met when Georgetown was D-III in football before moving to Division I-AA (FCS) in 1993.
- The most recent meeting in 1993, GU's first in Division I-AA, was Head Coach Rob Sgarlata's senior season.
