WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University women's golf team turned in rounds of 303 and 308, placing ninth at the Princeton Invitational with a 36-hole score of 35-over par 611. The tournament was played  at the par-72, 6,121-yard Springdale Golf Club in Princeton, New Jersey
 
HOYA LINEUP

• Freshman Lauren May was GU's top finisher at 7-over par 151, tying for 23rd overall.
• Senior Ashley Fitzgibbons turned in a 9-over par 153 to finish in a tie for 35th.  
• Freshmen Dana Choi and Esther Park finished with scores of 155 and 158, respectively, while junior Elizabeth Nguyen rounded out the lineup at 159.
• Playing as individuals, senior Kate Evanko carded a 157 and sophomore Baili Park turned in a 160.

 
TOURNAMENT LEADERS

• Seton Hall won the tournament with a team score of 1-under par 575. Princeton (+6, 582) and Pennsylvania (+10, 586) rounded out the top three.
• The Hoyas finished one stroke behind both Dartmouth and Columbia and three shots back of BIG EAST foe St. John's.
• Georgetown was ahead of Albany (+38, 614), Harvard (+38, 614), Brown (+48, 624) and Penn's B team (+52, 628).
