Field Hockey Drops 3-2 Decision at James Madison in Season Finale

WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's field hockey team fell 3-2 on the road at James Madison in the 2023 season finale on Sunday afternoon in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The Hoyas conclude the season 1-17 overall while the Dukes improve to 4-12.

Hoya Highlights

Darby Campbell led the Blue & Gray with a goal and an assist on the day while Sydney Yodh scored as well.
Vivienne Trumpbour and Elena Perez Alejandro were also both credited with assists.
Ella Fahey made 12 saves in the loss.

James Madison Notes

Three different Dukes scored goals on the day while three other JMU players added lone assists.
Brandelynn Heinbaugh posted one save in goal.
