WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University football team (3-2) captured a 28-24 conference victory over the No. 15 Fordham Rams on Homecoming weekend.

ON THE RECORD
"It was a great team win on Homecoming against a very good opponent. I was very impressed with how our kids came out and executed the game plan, had a lot of fun doing it, and competed their tails off throughout all four quarters. We went into the week saying that we had to run the ball and stop the run and I was very impressed with how our offense and defense played. This is a great win for our program against a quality opponent and we're looking forward to building on this next week as we get ready to go to Franklin Field and take on UPenn." - Head Coach
Rob Sgarlata on today's win over Fordham.
