WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's women's rowing openweight program competed close to home at the George Washington Invite on Friday night and Saturday morning with mixed results throughout the races in Washington, D.C. The Hoyas took wins in the 1st Varsity 8+ and 2nd Varsity 8+ against Temple as well as the 3V8+ and COB 4 (Combined 4's) against UNC. Due to winds, afternoon races were canceled.
