WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University women's rowing team wrapped up competition this past weekend at the Lake Wheeler Invitational in Lake Wheeler, North Carolina.
"Racing at the Lake Wheeler Invitational Regatta is always a team favorite. Held at a beautiful venue in NC, each boat had the opportunity to race three times seeing not only conference competitors but also nationally ranked programs. This format allows our boats to elevate through each round of racing while learning what needs to be executed to be better as we move into the championship portion of our season. We are proud of the team's performance and look forward to our championship level regattas ahead." - Head Coach Kendall Mulligan
