Matthew Van Horn earned BIG EAST Conference weekly honors on Monday when the conference announced its weekly award winners. Lampman was named the BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week, while Van Horn was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll as the Hoyas went 1-0 this past week.

BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week
- Lampman delivered a standout two-way performance in Georgetown's 5-1 victory over No. 23 High Point on Friday night, totaling two goals and an assist for five points.
- The junior defender factored into three of the Hoyas' five goals and finished second among all BIG EAST players in points for the week.
- Lampman also helped anchor a Georgetown back line that limited the nationally ranked Panthers to a single goal as the Hoyas earned a lopsided ranked win.
- He is currently ranked second on the squad in scoring with four goals and one assist for nine points over the first seven contests of the year.
- This is his third-career weekly award and the second of the season for him this year
- It is also the second of the season for the Blue & Gray.

- Van Horn recorded a pair of assists in Georgetown's 5-1 victory over No. 23 High Point, tying for the league lead in assists during the week.
- He is currently ranked third on the squad in scoring with one goal and a team-high five assists for seven points over the first seven contests of the year.
- This is his second-career weekly nod, and the sixth for the Blue & Gray this season.
