Before GU: Earned four varsity letters, serving as captain of her high school softball team for two years...Slovacek was named First-Team All-District 25-5A three times and Second-Team once, Athlete of the Week in Westlake Picayune, All-Decade team in Westlake Picayune, won district Pitcher of the Year three times and Newcomer of the Year, and was the starting pitcher of the 2010 Central Texas All-Star Game...She was named Academic All-District three times and was a member of the National Honor Society.
