Biography

High School: Dowe is a five-time South Carolina State Champion and NCSA Junior National qualifier. Academically, she was an Academic Distinction Award winner and a South Carolina Palmetto Fellow. She chose Georgetown because of its location, educational philosophy, and because it had the academic/athletic balance that she wanted. Top Events and Times: 100 Breaststroke: 1:05.60, 200 Breaststroke 2:21.10 and 200 yd IM 2:10.99
