Georgetown University Athletics

All appearances are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are dependent upon mascot availability. All requests must be made two weeks (14 days) prior to the event. A private and secure changing room is required at the site, and water must be provided to the mascot and staff.

GU Department/Student Organization Event Appearance - $50/hour for a maximum of two hours.
*Please note that all events must be sponsored by a department, office or student organization of Georgetown University.

Nonprofit Organization Appearance - $50/hour for a maximum of two hours.
*All nonprofit organizations must provide proper 501c3 documentation. Please contact the Georgetown Athletics Marketing Office for more information.

Personal or Private Event Appearance - $100/hour for a maximum of two hours.

Please note that transportation is not included in the rates above.
