2011: Appeared in 10 games, starting nine at defensive tackle during his freshman season...Proved a disruptive force in the interior, allowing linebackers Robert McCabe and Dustin Wharton to eclipse the 100 tackle mark...Finished with 24 tackles, 3.0 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks a pass breakup and a blocked kick...Had two tackles and a sack in a win over Marist...Had a career-high five tackles in a win over Howard...Had at least two tackles in eight games...Helped anchor a defense that was the PL[apos]s best in scoring defense (19.3 points/game), while allowing the league[apos]s second best mark against the run (98.6 yards/game).
