2013-2014: In his freshman year, Novak went 1-5 in fall singles play with his victory coming against Middlebury[apos]s Andrew Lebovitz, 6-3; 6-4, at the Margaux Powers Memorial Tournament...Won three fall doubles matches while going 3-1...Won a doubles match with Casey Distaso at the Georgetown Classic against a pair from Johns Hopkins, 6-3, and Daniel Khanin against a pair from Brown, 6-4, and Andrew Dottino against a duo from Middlebury, 8-6, at the Margaux Powers Memorial Tournament.

Before GU: A three-year letterwinner at the Odyssey Charter School...Also earned a letter in track in 2010...Awarded the most valuable player of his team in 2009, 2010 and 2012...Was a Scholar-Athlete in 2013...Won the 2013 State Doubles Title...Reached the finals of the National Level 2 in Doubles.
