Prior to Georgetown: Four-year member of the Fairport High School swimming & diving team, serving as a team captain her senior year ... Was twice named the Monroe County Division 1 Swimmer of the Year and a four-time All-Greater Rochester Athlete selection ... Helped lead Fairpoint to two division championships ... Holds the school record in the 100-yard backstroke and the 200-yard medley relay ... Placed second in the 100-backstroke and the 200-yard IM at Section V Championships ... Placed fourth in the 100-yard backstroke and eighth in the 100-yard freestyle at the New York State Meet ... Also swam for the Fairport Area Swim Team for four years, holding the club records in the 100- and 200-yard backstroke and all relay events ... Won the 50-yard backstroke and placed sixth in the 100-yard backstroke at ISCA Junior Championship Cup, and finished 10th in the 100 back at the Futures Championships ... In the classroom, was a two-time Scholastic All-American.
