Prior to Georgetown: Was a three-year letterwinner at New Trier School ... Was part of the New Jersey state championship winning team in 2013 and the Illinois State Championship in 2014 ... Also part of the Somerset Hills YMCA for two years and helped the team finish ninth at the National Club Swimming Association (NCSA) Spring Championship Meet ... Out of the pool, was an honor roll student gaining Scholastic All-American honors and a member of New Trier Newbies.
