Casey Driskill is in her second season with the Hoyas, she joined the women’s basketball staff in the summer of 2019 after working in the athletics department the year prior. Driskill oversees coaches’ film and creative content for the team.
During the 2018-19 season, Driskill served as a marketing assistant at Georgetown where she created and implemented a marketing plan for the Hoya football team as it sold out every home game that season. She was also instrumental in plans for both the men’s and women’s basketball teams and helping with digital and social media content. One of her biggest accomplishments was creating the Hoya Honor Student program which recognized local students and brought in more than 1,000 additional fans to a pair of men’s basketball games.
Driskill came to the Hilltop from the University of Virginia where she graduated with a degree in media studies and sociology in 2018. While at UVA, she served as a video assistant for the Virginia football team and as the head video manager for the women’s basketball team. In these roles, Driskill shot and edited film while also coordinating practice, equipment and travel for both the Cavaliers and visiting teams. She also served as an assistant for ACC Network Extra productions.
The Virginia native earned her master’s degree from Georgetown in May, 2020 in the sports industry management program. Driskill currently resides in Washington, D.C.
