Diana Pulupa currently serves as the assistant athletics director of communications and creative services for the Georgetown University Department of Athletics and has been a full-time member of the athletics communications staff since January 2006.
Pulupa serves as the primary communications contact for men's basketball and women's golf, handling the day to day for both sports in communications, media relations and social media. Additionally, she oversees many aspects of creative projects including, but not limited to: budgets, organization and editorial assistance on media guides, gameday programs and printed promotional items as well as large format signage and branding items.
Hired as an intern in August 2005, she took over printed publications in January 2008 and moved into all aspects of creative services in January 2018. During her time on the Hilltop, she has worked as the communications contact for field hockey, women's golf, men's basketball, sailing, women's soccer, softball, men's and women's swimming & diving, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's track & field / cross country and volleyball.
The Bethesda, Maryland native was a four-year letterwinner on the women's tennis team at Elon University in Elon, North Carolina, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in journalism & communications in 2005. She earned a master's in sports industry management from Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies in 2010. She currently resides in Washington, D.C.
