Nate Seprosky came to the Hilltop in 2026 as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Facilities, Events & Operations. He came to GU after a three-year stint at La Salle University most recently serving as the assistant athletic director of facilities and operations.
At La Salle, Seprosky oversaw the daily operations and scheduling of all athletic facilities, including the IBC (Campus Recreation Building), and led operations for 23 NCAA Division I Varsity teams. His responsibilities spanned a wide range of areas, from event management and staff supervision to strategic planning and revenue generation through facility rentals.
Seprosky played a key role in the renovation of the John E. Glaser Arena, contributing to the development and implementation of new policies, including a security wanding policy in collaboration with the campus security vendor. He has a proven ability to maximize facility usage, improve operational efficiency, and enhance community engagement through thoughtful program planning and market analysis.
As an active member of the Athletics DEI Committee, Seprosky advocated for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the athletic community. He also served as the sport administrator for the baseball program.
Seprosky’s previous experience includes a stint at Lehigh University.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island and holds a master’s degrees from Southern New Hampshire University. Seprosky is currently pursuing his MBA in finance at La Salle.
