The Skinny
After two straight non-conference games Georgetown returns to Patriot League action hosting Lehigh. The Mountain Hawks meanwhile have not battled a Patriot League foe since September 13th when they defeated co-reigning champion Fordham. The past two meetings between the schools have been one-sided as Lehigh has outscored the Hoyas 110-14. Some solace comes from the Hoya gridders between 1901-1925 , who only lost once to Lehigh and outscored the Mountain Hawks 119-24.

Three straight wins in October have turned around a season that began 0-4 for Georgetown. The nailbiting has disappeared as GU has back to back victories by three scores or more. Luke McArdle is the most consistent player in the Blue and Gray leading Georgetown in scoring (11 TDs - 66 points), receiving yards (810), receptions (37) and all-purpose yards (1,452). Defensively GU has created 19 turnovers with nine different players forcing fumbles and eight separate Hoyas recording interceptions.

Lehigh has the Patriot League?s second ranked defense, allowing only 323.3 yards a game and are led by linebacker Tom McGeoy. On offense the Mountain Hawks lost their starting quarterback for the season but running back Jermaine Pugh and wideouts Adam Bergan and Dave Crockett are all top 10 League performers.
