WASHINGTON, D.C. ? Georgetown University head football coach Bob Benson released the Hoyas? tentative football schedules for the next eight seasons. Georgetown still has some open slots to fill but most Patriot League games and numerous contests against Ivy League foes have been set.

Highlighting the 2004 season will be home contests against VMI along with a visit from national power and Patriot League foe Lehigh. The 2005 season begins on September 3rd against Bucknell and GU faces the Ivy League?s Brown at home and Cornell on the road. In 2006 the Blue and Gray are on the road for six games including showdowns at Brown, Colgate, Davidson, Lafayette and Fordham. Three Ivy League schools dot the campaign in 2007 as the Hoyas travel to Yale on September 15th before hosting Cornell on September 29 and then going to Penn on October 6. The 2008, 2009 and 2010 schedules again mix a host of Ivy League teams in with GU?s full slate of Patriot League opponents.

Georgetown opens the 2003 season on September 3rd at home against Patriot League Co-Champion Colgate at 1 p.m. on Harbin Field.
