Washington, D.C. - Georgetown University hosts its annual Homecoming Weekend, with festivities being held from Thursday, Oct. 20 to Sunday, Oct. 23.

On Saturday morning, the Georgetown Spiked Shoe Club, The Tombs and the Georgetown University Track Team are sponsoring the Third Annual Hilltop Challenge. Registration for the 5K race begins at 8:30 a.m. on campus in Red Square, with the race starting promptly at 9 a.m. The course winds through the Georgetown campus and the surrounding neighborhood. Awards will be given to the top three male and female runners, and all runners will receive Hilltop Challenge T-shirts and breakfast after the race. Proceeds from the race will benefit the Georgetown Spiked Shoe Club. The race registration fee is $10.
