Cross Country Teams Compete at ECAC/IC4A Championships

Bronx, N.Y. - The men's cross country team posted a ninth place finish at the IC4A Championships at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, N.Y on Saturday. Junior Nana Hanson-Hall ran to a 35th place finish in the women's 5K ECAC Championship while junior Rasheed Thompson paced the men's squad with a 17th place finish (25:34.5).

Junior Brian Dalpiaz led the men with a 57th place finish (26:08.1) over the five mile run. Sophomore Shane Young finished 59th (26:08.1), sophomore Scott Bastek placed 62nd (26:11.8), freshman Alex Mason finished 79th (26:26.2) and sophomore Brandon Bonsey finishes 103rd (26:45).

Senior Meghan O'Neil placed 65th (19:46.9) before freshman Avril Ogrodnick finished 71st (20:03.4).

Other members of the Hoya men's and women's cross country teams head to Indiana State University for Monday's NCAA Championships.
