WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University field hockey team moved to to 5-9 overall and 1-3 BIG EAST Conference play after falling short in double overtime 3-2 against Towson (2-11, 0-1 CAA) at TU's Field Hockey Complex. Led by junior forward Cami Osborne's fifth and sixth goals this season, the Hoyas were able to comeback from being down 1-0 to take a 2-1 lead. Towson picked up a late goal in the fourth to take the game into overtime. The Tigers won the game on a penalty stroke goal in double overtime.

Samantha Aljets scored for Towson at the 14:23 mark to take 1-0 lead.

Osborne scored on a pass from Jordan Sweeney with 4:39 remaining on the clock in the second quarter.

Osborne scored her second goal on the day, unassisted with 10:08 left in the third quarter.
