WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's volleyball team fell 3-0 (25-19, 25-18, 25-11) to Villanova at home in BIG EAST action on Friday evening. The Hoyas drop to 12-13 overall and 2-9 in league play.

HOYA HIGHLIGHTS
•    Elissa Barbosa led the Hoyas with seven kills to tie the match high.
•    Riley Wertzberger added five kills, Peyton Wilhite had four, and both Makayla Serrett and Jewell Johnson chipped in three.
•    Jessica Cusi collected nine digs to pace the Blue & Gray.
•    Serrett was credited with three blocks on the night.

VILLANOVA NOTES
•    Villanova improved to 17-6 overall and 8-3 in league play.
•    Sophia Howling, Mallory Potts and Allie Olsonoski matched Barbosa's seven kills to tie the match high.
•    Regan Lough led all players with 11 digs and Olsonoski had six blocks at the net.
