WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's volleyball team dropped a 3-1 (25-21, 25-14, 23-25, 25-11) decision at DePaul on Saturday night in BIG EAST action. The Hoyas fall to to 13-17 overall and 3-13 in league play.
HOYA HIGHLIGHTS

Margo Snipe led the Hoyas with nine kills.

Peyton Wilhite added seven kills and both
Iva Vujosevic and
Elissa Barbosa chipped in six.

Margo Pivonka paced the offense with 18 assists and
Ellie Watkins added 15.
• Defensively, both
Jessica Cusi and Barbosa had 10 digs for the Hoyas.

Makayla Serrett posted a pair of blocks at the net.
DEPAUL NOTES
• The Blue Demons improved to 13-15 overall and 5-11 in the BIG EAST standings.
• Brittany Maxwell led all players with 20 kills, while three other DePaul players had at least 10. She added seven service aces.
• Natalie Edwards recorded 30 assists to pace the Demons.
• Isabelle Banez collected 20 digs in the win.

Georgetown closes out the 2019 campaign next weekend, traveling to St. John's on Friday, November 22 before hosting Seton Hall on Sunday, November 24.
