WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's volleyball team lost its final match of the season 3-2 (23-25, 18-25, 25-18, 25-19, 15-12) against Seton Hall on Sunday in BIG EAST action. The Hoyas end the season 13-19 overall and 3-15 in league play.
HOYA HIGHLIGHTS
•
Iva Vujosevic led the Hoyas with 15 kills and 11 digs for her ninth double-double of the season.

Margo Snipe added 14 kills and
Jewell Johnson added 12.
Peyton Wilhite and
Charlotte Kelly both chipped in eight kills.

Margo Pivonka posted a double-double as well, dishing out 19 assists to go with 10 digs.
Ellie Watkins led all players with 31 assists on the night.
• Defensively,
Jessica Cusi had a match-high 19 digs to anchor the back row.
• Johnson had seven blocks at the net while Snipe was credited with six.
SETON HALL NOTES
• The Pirates improved to 8-24 overall and 3-15 in the BIG EAST standings.
• Haylee Gasser led all players with 18 kills and added 10 digs for a double-double.
• Maggie Cvelbar had a double-double as well, posting 26 assists and 13 digs.
• Amanda Rachwal had eight blocks at the net.
SIDE OUT
Georgetown concludes the 2019 campaign with a 13-19 overall record. The Hoyas have recorded back-to-back seasons with at least 13 wins for the first time since 2010-11.
