WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University football team and Head Coach
Rob Sgarlata have announced the signing of 14 student-athletes to National Letters of Intent (NLI) on Wednesday during the December early signing period. The newcomers, who hail from eight different states and Washington, D.C., consist of seven defensive players, six on offense and one specialist. The 14 new Hoyas will join the Blue & Gray next fall as members of Georgetown's Class of 2024.
"At Georgetown the people make the place," Sgarlata said. "I am extremely excited to welcome the 14 new members of our Hoya football family. Our coaching staff has been tasked with finding the best and brightest in the country to join us on the Hilltop. These 14 true student-athletes bring a wealth of talent to Washington, D.C. I look forward to working with them daily to pursue a Patriot League championship."
