WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University women's golf team travels south again this weekend, competing in the Bryan National Collegiate, hosted by Wake Forest. The three-day, three-round tournament will be played at the par 72, 6,305-yard Championship Course at Bryan Park in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Teams will tee off at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning, playing 18 holes each day. A link to live scoring will be available at GUHoyas.com
Georgetown is part of a strong 18-team field that includes Boston University, Charlotte, Coastal Carolina, Duke (individuals), East Carolina, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, NC State, Ohio State, Oregon State, Tulsa, UNCG, Virginia, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest.

Kate Evanko (West Chester, Pa. / Unionville) and freshman
Baili Park (Germantown, Tenn. / Houston High School) will complete the squad.
The Hoyas turned in a three-round score of 59-over par 923 last week to finish 14th at the Briar's Creek Invitational, hosted by the College of Charleston, in John's Island, South Carolina. Popowitz was GU's top finisher, carding a 12-over par 228 to tie for 57th. She turned in a 74 in Monday's first round and climbed seven spots on Tuesday with a 76.
Following the Bryan National Collegiate, Georgetown will host the 2019 Hoya Invitational, April 8-9, to close out the regular season. The two-day, three-round tournament will take place at Four Streams in Beallsville, Maryland.
