WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University baseball team makes its second trip in as many weeks to the state of North Carolina, taking on Davidson in a three-game series at the Wildcats' Wilson Field. The Hoyas come into the series with a 1-3 overall record on the young season.

- The series will open on Friday evening at 5:15 p.m. First pitch on both Saturday and Sunday is set for 1 p.m.

ABOUT THE HOYAS
- Georgetown is coming off a tough 3-2 setback to George Washington on Tuesday after going 1-2 against Navy last weekend.
- AJ Lotsis leads the Hoyas with a .412 (7-17) batting average and has three home runs, eight RBIs and six runs scored to lead the squad. He was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Monday.
- Kai Nelson is batting .313 (5-16) with a pair of doubles, while Freddy Achecar III has a home run, six RBIs and a .471 on-base percentage.
- On the mound, Anthony Redfern and Jack Weeks have both pitched 5.0 innings without allowing an earned run. Redfern is tied with Carson Frye for the team lead with four strikeouts.

- Davidson comes in with a perfect 4-0 record after sweeping Lehigh last weekend and defeating N.C. Central on Wednesday.
- The Wildcats are batting .256 as a team with 10 doubles through four games.
