WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's volleyball team fell 3-0 (25-10, 25-23, 25-18) on the road at Providence in BIG EAST action on Sunday afternoon. The Hoyas drop to 5-16 overall and 1-9 in conference play while the Friars improve to 15-8 overall and 3-7 in the BIG EAST.

The Hoyas return to the Nation's Capital as they host five of their next six matches at McDonough Arena. Georgetown welcomes St. John's and Seton Hall to the Hilltop next weekend on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
