From the Head Coach
"Today was a great team win," said head coach
Christy Longacre. "I thought we executed our game plan and continued to knock at the door, and we finally found the back of the cage in OT. It was an exciting win over a very tough SHU team."
How it Happened

·     The Hoyas had an opportunity to score halfway through the fourth quarter, but the goal was called back after an offsides violation. The game remained tied late into the game.
·         Sacred Heart attempted three corners in the final minute and a half of regulation, but the Hoyas' defense stood strong and fended off the shots. Still tied, the Hoyas and Pioneers headed to overtime.
