WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University field hockey team will be on the road for their final two games of the 2022 season. The Blue & Gray will travel to Villanova, Pennsylvania on Friday, October 28 for a 5 p.m. game against the Wildcats followed by a noon contest at Drexel on Sunday, October 30.

- The Hoyas dropped their last two contests to No. 11 UConn and Longwood this past weekend.
- Vivienne Trumpbour leads the Hoyas in points this season with 17 off of six goals and five assists.
- Emma Van Der Veen and Trumpbour are tied for the team lead in assists with five apiece.
- Reigning BIG EAST Defensive Player of The Year Ciara Weets has 137 saves this season.
- Junior Katharine Glassmeyer has started every game this season for the Blue & Gray and is a key piece in their defensive efforts.

- The Wildcats are 10-6 on the season after picking up back-to-back wins against Davidson and Quinnipiac.
- Meghan Mitchell leads Villanova in points with 20 off of eight goals and four assists.
- Anne Drabbe has 14 assists this season and has played over 970 minutes thus far.
- Emma Leppert has logged 672 minutes in goal this season, has made 70 saves and boasts a 2.68 GAA.
- Joanie Milhous is in her 28th season as the head coach of Villanova and came into the season with a career record of 249-301-4.
Dragon Scouting Report
- Drexel is 10-6 on the season and are coming off a win against Hofstra and a loss against No. 4 Northwestern.
- Eline di Leva leads the Dragons in points with 19 off of eight goals and three assists this season.
- Taylor Mason and Isabel Jacobs are tied for the team lead in assists with four each.
- Megan Hadfield is the only keeper that has seen action this season for Drexel. She has logged over 980 minutes, has three shutouts and has 62 saves.
- Denise Zelenak is in her 28th season at the helm of the Dragons and boasts a 261-262 all-time record at Drexel.
