Jack Panayotou was named the BIG EAST Freshman of the Week on Thursday when the BIG EAST Conference announced its final set of weekly awards. This is his second rookie honor of the season and the seventh for the Blue & Gray this season. Additionally, junior goalkeeper
Ryan Schewe was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll.

BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
- Panayotou tallied the game winner in 1-0 victory for the No. 17/21 Hoyas at UConn on Wednesday evening.
- He is currently third on the team in scoring with five goals and three assists with 13 points on the season.

BIG EAST Honor Roll
- Had the shutout in the UConn victory with an impressive four saves in the match.
- Overall, he has a 0.57 GAA in 10 games played and a 0.878 save percentage ranking him third in the nation.
- This is the third nod to the honor roll after earning both national and BIG EAST Player of the Week honors two weeks ago.
