WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University men's tennis team (1-0) held off Presbyterian College to capture a 4-3 victory over the Blue Hose (1-1) on Saturday afternoon.
The Hoyas started the match with a one-point lead after winning all three doubles matches. Georgetown sophomore
Jake Fellows earned the Blue & Gray their second point after a three set battle with Max Benson (6-4, 4-6, 7-5). Freshman
Zamaan Moledina swept Javier Matos 6-3, 7-5 to give the Hoyas a 3-2 lead. Sophomore
Adhvyte Sharma captured the Hoyas' winning point in s 6-4, 6-4 win over Loup Alleno.
