WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's volleyball program (12-7, 3-4) fell to Villanova University (12-7, 3-4) 3-1 at home (25-21, 25-23, 23-25, 25-19). The Hoyas and Wildcats are now both 3-4 in the BIG EAST and 12-7 overall.

Hoya Highlights:

• Mary Grace Goyena led the Hoyas with 17 kills. Peyton Wilhite added 11.
• Karis Park continued to pile up digs, totaling 17 on the night.
• Setter Emily Wen had a game-high 40 assists.

Villanova Notes:

• Abby Harrell and Kiera Booth led Villanova with 12 and 11 kills, respectively.
• Taryn Whittingham had a game-high 18 digs.
• Villanova will meet Georgetown again when they host the Hoyas on October 25.
