WASHINGTON – After the Hoyas 17-7 victory over Lehigh on Saturday,
Tyler Knoop was named Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week while
Zeraun Daniel was named Patriot League Rookie of the week, as announced by the league on Monday.

- Knoop led the Hoyas to their second conference win this season. He completed 26 of 32 passes for one touchdown and a career high of 332 yards.
- Tyler helped get GU on the board first after he threw a 37-yard pass to Jimmy Kibble that was converted into a touchdown.
- The quarterback also rushed for 41 yards including his longest rush of 12 yards.
- This is Knoop's first career weekly award.

- Daniel recorded four solo tackles and made one interception that led to a GU field goal to regain the lead for the Hoyas 10-7.
- The safety helped the Hoya defense hold the Mountain Hawks to 337 total yards and a total possession time of 19:39.
- This is Daniel's first career weekly award.
