WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's field hockey team lost 1-0 on the road at Rider on Sunday afternoon in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. The Hoyas drop to 0-6 on the season while the Broncs improve to 2-4.

Hoya Highlights

     • Bailey Tietz had a career-high eight saves on the day. 

     • Emma van der Veen and Darby Campbell had two shots each to pace the GU offense.

Rider Notes

     • Carli Ciocco had the lone goal for the Broncs courtesy of an assist from Willemijn Ephraim.

     • Carlee Fulton had three saves in the win.
