WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's volleyball team (8-13, 1-8 BIG EAST) was defeated in straight sets by No. 6 Creighton, 3-0 (25-21, 25-13, 25-9), on Friday night at McDonough Arena. The Hoyas held their ground in the first set, scoring 21 points, but ultimately couldn't hold off the Bluejays, resulting in a conference loss.

- Mary Grace Goyena led the Hoyas with six kills.
- Dionna Mitchell had a great performance behind the service line with a team-high three service aces.
- Karis Park anchored the defense with eight digs.
- Makayla Serrett had the most blocks for the Hoyas with three credited to her.
- Emily Wen dished out eight assists for the Hoya offense.
