WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's volleyball team (7-8) fell to UConn in straight sets, 3-0 (25-22, 25-23, 25-16) in Friday evening's match at the UConn Volleyball Center. 

Hoya Highlights

• Dionna Mitchell and Giselle Williams led the offense with nine kills each.
• The Hoyas recorded a total of 35 kills.
• Karis Park topped the team with eight digs.
• Berkeley Ploder anchored the defense with four blocks.
• Emily Wen led in assists, contributing 20 for the Hoyas.
