WASHINGTON – The Georgetown football team fell 26-14 to Brown on the Hilltop during Homecoming Weekend on Saturday afternoon. The Hoyas are now 2-2 on the season while Brown advances to 1-0.
ON THE RECORD
"I thought today was a good hard fought football game. Very proud of how our players responded to adversity, especially early in the game. Our defense answered the bell a number of times following turnovers throughout the game. At the end of the day we need to take care of the football better and eliminate the explosive plays to have success. There is no quit in this football team. I am looking forward to reviewing this film tomorrow and preparing to play again at home against Columbia next Saturday." - Head Coach
Rob Sgarlata on today's contest.
