WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's field hockey team has released its 2025 schedule, presented by MedStar Health, as announced by Head Coach Christy Banks on Monday. The Hoyas will play their home games on campus at Kehoe Field.
 
The Hoyas open the 2025 campaign with a pair of neutral site weekends in Towson, Maryland. Georgetown will face Davidson and AppState the weekend of August 29-31 along with Sacred Heart and Lock Haven the weekend of September 5-7 at the Towson Field Hockey Complex.
 
Another road trek awaits the Blue & Gray the weekend of September 12-14, traveling down to Richmond to face the Spiders and VCU on Friday and Sunday, respectively.
 
Georgetown's home opener coincides with the first BIG EAST showdown of the season against visiting Temple on Friday, September 19. The Hoyas then travel north to face Providence and Holy Cross the weekend of September 26-28 to close out the month.
 
Kicking things off in October, the Hoyas host BIG EAST rival Villanova on Friday, October 3 before making another trip up to Towson on Sunday, October 5 to play the host Tigers.
 
Georgetown then plays four of its next five contests at home, hosting Liberty and Rider the weekend of October 10-12 before a lone game at UConn on Friday, October 7. The Hoyas close out their home slate the weekend of October 24-26 against Quinnipiac and Queens (N.C.) before wrapping up the regular season on the road at Old Dominion on Friday, October 31.
