WASHINGTON – After the Georgetown football team earned a 51-14 victory in the 2025 season opener at Davidson on Saturday afternoon, Brian Allen was named the Patriot League Freshman of the Week, as announced by the league on Monday. Sophomore Savion Hart also earned a Patriot League Weekly Honorable Mention for his performance.

• In his debut as a Hoya, Allen recorded six tackles (4 solo, 2 assists). 

Savion Hart | Soph. | RB | Minneapolis, Minn. - Patriot League Weekly Honorable Mention

• Hart recorded a career high of three touchdowns in the first quarter. The sophomore's longest rushing touchdown was for 69 yards, while his longest touchdown catch was for 79 yards.
• Hart led the offense with 201 all-purpose yards.
• The sophomore rushed eight times for 123 yards, averaging 15.4 yards per attempt.
