WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's field hockey team lost 2-0 at VCU on Sunday afternoon. With the loss, the Hoyas fall to 2-4 on the season while the Rams improve to 3-2.

Lily Saal all had shots on target on the day for the Hoyas but couldn't capitalize on their chances.
VCU scored first, converting a penalty corner 7:57 into the contest. The Rams would add their second goal just 30 seconds into the second half of action.
