ON THE RECORD

"Man, what a game. Friday night baseball at its best with an amazing crowd here tonight. I'm really proud of our group. Spencer Seid gave us a great start, and I thought our bullpen was outstanding. Griffin O'Connor and Luke Jackman came in and delivered huge innings for us and really shut the door. Overall, I'm just proud of the will to win our team showed tonight. I thought our competitive level was outstanding, our defense was excellent and we got big performances throughout the lineup from AJ Solomon with the two RBIs, along with Ashtin Gillio and Connor Price. It was truly a team win from top to bottom, and now we'll come back tomorrow ready to compete for a series win."- Head Coach Edwin Thompson
