WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University men's golf team will head to Greenville, North Carolina to compete in the 2026 Ironwood Collegiate Classic, hosted by East Carolina University, at the Ironwood Golf and Country Club. The two-day tournament, scheduled for September 28-29, will use a three-round stroke-play format and feature teams from 16 schools.

- The event will feature 15 other institutions: Barton College, Charleston Southern University, Coppin State University, East Carolina University, Gardner-Webb University, High Point University, Longwood University, North Carolina A&T University, North Carolina Central University, North Carolina State University, Old Dominion University, Presbyterian College, Queens University of Charlotte, Temple University and the University of North Carolina.
- Ironwood Golf and Country Club will play as a par-72, 7,105-yard course for the event.
- Saturday's first round will begin with a 9 a.m. shotgun start.
