2018: BIG EAST Champions … Started all 17 games for the Hoyas as a sophomore … Scored career highs in goals (44), assists (20) and points (64) … His 64 points are the sixth most in a single season on the Hilltop … His 44 goals are tied for the fifth most all-time at Georgetown in a season … Scored multiple goals in 12 games … Tallied five goals and an assist against High Point (2/13) … Recorded four goals five times … Had four goals and four assists against NJIT (4/21) … tallied three goals and four assists against Marist (3/6) … Had three goals and three assists against Hobart (3/10) … Scored game-winning goals against High Points (2/13), Robert Morris (2/17), Towson (2/24), Mount St. Mary’s (2/27), Hobart (3/10), NJIT (4/21) and No. 3/3 Denver (5/5) in the BIG EAST Championship Finals … Hauled in 19 ground balls and was credited with three caused turnovers … Named BIG EAST Attack Player of the Week twice (3/12, 4/23) and selected to the weekly honor roll four times. … Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team.

2017: Appeared and started in all 14 games as a freshman … Third on the team with 20 goals and 28 points … Fourth on the team with eight assists … Collected 21 ground balls for GU … Recorded five multi-goals games … Scored a career-high four goals and registered an assist against Robert Morris (3/7) … Scored three goals against Duke (3/18) and Villanova (4/15) … Collected a career-high four ground balls against Hobart (3/11) … Scored two goals against Marquette (3/25) and in the season finale against St. John’s (4/29) … Selected as the BIG EAST Freshman of the Week twice (3/13, 3/20) … Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team.

Prior to Georgetown: Started all four years at St. Mary’s High School … Named a captain his senior season … Led the Saints to an MIAA Championship in 2015 … Tabbed First Team All-MIAA, First Team All-County and the St. Mary’s Lacrosse MVP as a senior in 2016 … Member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, Student Government and Mock Stock Investment Club … Played club lacrosse for the Annapolis Hawks.

Personal: Son of Jeff and Stephanie Carraway … Has one sister, Natalie, who played lacrosse at the University of Tampa.
