2-Time CIF State 800 meter Runner-Up

2021-22: Placed first in the 400 meter (59.26) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet … Placed third in the 4x400 meter at the BIG EAST Outdoor Track and Field Championships.  

2020-21: PR in the 5,000 meter at the outdoor Spider Patriot Cross Classic (18:16.7)...With a time of 2:05.35, clinched third place at the outdoor Joe Walker Invitational in the 800 meter...PR in the outdoor NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round in the 800 meter with a time of 2:05.11 finishing in 20th (P)...Finished in third place at the BIG EAST Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 4x400 meter (3:44.49).

2019-20: At the Lehigh Paul Short Run, finished ninth in the 6K while setting a PR...Competed at the 2019 Navy Invitational Track & Field Meet, securing fourth with the 4x400 meter relay team and taking top-spot in the 1000 meter run while registering a PR.

2018-19: Finished in first-place in the 600 meter run at the Penn State National… Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the 400 meter dash at the BIG EAST indoor championships… Part of the 4x400 meter foursome that finished in third at the BIG EAST outdoor championships, along with a first-place finish in the 800 meter run with a personal best of 2:06.95… Competed in the 800 meter run at the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminary Rounds.

Prior to Georgetown: The 2018 Brooks PR champion in the 800 meter run … The 2018 CIF state champion in the 800 meter run … A two-time CIF state runner-up in the 800 meter run (2017, 2016) … A five-time CIF state qualifier from 2015-17 in cross country and outdoor track & field.
