Placed first in the 4x800 meter (7:23.95) and third in the 1500 meter at the BIG EAST Outdoor Track and Field Championships ... Placed 13th in the 1500 meter at the NCAA East Preliminary Round.

2020-21: PR in the 8K at the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships...Competed in the 10K at the NCAA DI Cross Country Championships...First place and PR at the outdoor Virginia Invitational in the 800 meter (1:49.37)...First place in the BIG EAST Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 1,500 meter (3:44.85)...Second place in the the 4x800 meter (7:25.82) at the BIG EAST Outdoor Track & Field Championships...PR in the 1,500 meter at the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round (3:37.18)...Earned All-American honors placing sixth at the NCAA Division I Track & Field Championships in the 1,500 meter...Olympic Trials qualifier in the 1,500 meter.

2019-20: Finished 12th in the 5,200 meter run, setting a PR in the event at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational.

2018-19: Competed at the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships … Finished in first place in the 3,000 meter run at the Nittany Lion Challenge … Earned first place in the 1,000 meter run at the Penn State National … At the BIG EAST indoor championships, finished in second in the DMR to earn All-BIG EAST honors … Finished third in the DMR at the NCAA Division I Championships … Secured a first-place finish in the 1,500 meter run at the Sam Howell Invitational … Earned All-BIG EAST honors at the BIG EAST outdoor championships after finishing in second place in the 4x800 meter relay, along with a third-place finish in the 1,500 meter run … Competed in the 1,500 meter run at the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminary Rounds.

2017-18: Competed in three meets during the cross country season, including the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships where the Hoyas clinched their third-consecutive team title, managing a 31st-place showing … Ran to a fourth-place finish in the mile at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships … At the Virginia Quad Meet, he posted a first-place finish in the 800 meter run … A member of the first-place foursome in the 4x800 meter relay at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships while also advancing to the finals of the 1,500 meter run, where he placed fourth … Competed at the NCAA Track & Field Championships East Preliminary.

2016-17: At the Nittany Lion Challenge, his second meet of the indoor season, he was part of the winning DMR and recorded a career-best in the 800 meter run as he finished third ... Part of the second-place 4x800 meter relay squad at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships as well as finishing eighth in the mile to score points for the Blue & Gray ... Finished fourth at the USATF Jr. Championships in the 1,500 meter run.

Prior to Georgetown: A 2016 adidas Dream Mile champion ... Finished fourth in the two mile at the 2015 New Balance Outdoor Nationals ... The 2016 New Balance Grand Prix mile champion ... An 11-time Rhode Island State Champion on the track ... A three-time New England Champion on the track.
