2022-23 Season:
- Won the 4x800m at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships
- Won the 3000S at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships
- Finished 14th in the 3000S at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Championships
- Finished second in the 4x800 at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships
- Finished second in the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships
- Finished fourth at the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships
- Finished sixth in the mile at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships
- Finished second in the 1000m at the 2023 Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic
- Won the mile at Navy Select
2021-22 Season:
- Finished 3rd in the steeplechase at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in 8:18.88 setting a new school record and the 4th fastest time in NCAA history.
- Won the mile and ran a leg of the winning 4x800 at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships setting meet record in both events.
- Named Most Outstanding Track Performer of the meet at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships.
- Won the NCAA Mid Atlantic Cross Country Region Championships.
- Ran a mile PR of 3:58.02 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
2020-21 Season:
- Finished 8th in the steeplechase at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
- Won the steeplechase at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships.
- Finished 74th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships.
- Finished 13th at the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships.
2019-20 Season:
- Finished 2nd in the mile at the Navy Invitational.
- Finished 4th in the 1000 at the Nittany Lion Challenge.
Prior to Georgetown:
- Two-time New Balance Outdoor National Champion in the 2,000 meter Steeplechase.
- Two-time New York State Champion in the 3,000 meter steeplechase.
- Eighth-fastest high school steeplechaser of all-time.
